What documentation will I need to provide to HRA?

You will need to provide us with basically the same documentation required when applying for a mortgage.

This will include:

Our "Application Package", which can be requested via email to mailto:postmaster@homereliefassistance.com or by contacting your HRA Modification Specialist by phone at (800)709-1117.

Also:

  1. Copy of mortgage statement
  2. Copy of utility bill that includes your name and your property address
  3. Copy of paystub or other proof of income
  4. Hardship letter: briefly describe your financial hardship and what help you are seeking

Your loan modification specialist will work close with you to guide you trough the process of collecting and submitting the necessary paperwork to us. 

 

How do I get these documents to HRA?
