What documentation will I need to provide to HRLG?
You will need to provide us with basically the same documentation required when applying for a mortgage.
This will include:
Our "Application Package", which can be requested via email to info@homerelieflawgroup.com or by contacting your HRLG Modification Specialist by phone at (800)709-1117.
Also:
- A recent paystub for all borrowers on the loan
- Last 2 year’s W-2’s
- If you are self employed you will have provide a year-to-date P&L
- If you are self employed, or receive income from other sources, you will need to provide us with your last 2 year’s tax returns.
- A copy of a mortgage statement will be needed.
- Your last 2 month’s Bank Statements for all your accounts
- And the MOST IMPORTANT: A Hardship Letter explaining the circumstances which have led to your delinquency, or other reasons for obtaining a modification
Your loan modification specialist will work close with you to guide you trough the process of collecting and submitting the necessary paperwork to us.
How do I get these documents to HRLG?
1. You will receive a self addressed envelope
